	<title>Long Distance Relationships</title>
	<description>

Most people get their first taste of long distance relationships when they are very young and have been sent off to camp or met a special person on a family vacation. Maybe there was some real attraction there and so the two of them try to maintain the virtually impossible - long distance relationships. All of those long distance relationships inevitably failed, mostly because we were young, but also because it is hard to stay interested when two people rarely see one another. There are just too many things going on in a person's life as well as all around them for them not to drift away from someone that they seldom get the chance to see, even if they do speak on the phone periodically.

What to do about long distance relationships
In order to decide if long distance relationships are something that you and your partner can handle, you should first take a good look at the relationship itself. What is the reason that you or the other person is moving? Is it really necessary, or are they or are you being a bit selfish about the move? If they are not moving because they have to then you should waste no time in asking them why they are so willing to leave you behind. You need to be top priority in the relationship that you are committed to and if you are not, it might be time to let this one fly anyway. Sure it will hurt, but you will be better off in the long run and that is a promise!

If the relationship is really solid, then you have a completely different situation. Here at Virtual Love Link we believe in fighting for a relationship when it is a strong and healthy one. We all have hard time sin life and just because they are going on now does not mean that you should run away from it. The relationship will only have gotten stronger when you have pulled together and faced the problem together. Whether or not long distance relationships work out depends on the couple involved.
